Raistar

Kennel Raistar was originally established by my mother Raili Saarro, who bred Boston terriers. During that time also I became interested in dogs, and after graduating as a vet I settled down and continued dog breeding under this meritorius name.

After continuing Raistar under myself my first dog was Vappu, who became our family member in 2000. She came from Kennel Gwaihir’s. Vappu got company from Australia in 2004, when agile Australians Nanna and Lexa left their breeder Jayne Stewart and arrived to Finland. Nanna stayed with us while Lexa lives in our neighbourhood. The third member of our girl gang, Nelli, came in 2005 also from Kennel Gwaihir’s. And then again an Australian, as Geena arrived from Jayne Steward’s.
